Are you already swimming with WestSwim? If so – have you signed up to view your customer portal to manage your bookings, account and make-up lessons?
After following the link above, you will see the screen below. To register, simply enter the email address associated with your WestSwim account. You will shortly receive a verification code via email which you will need to enter to complete the log in process.
This is where you can see an overview of your account. You will be able to view upcoming lessons, account balance and any relevant notices from WestSwim. You will also be able to advise non-attendance of your children (see below on how to do this)
The Enrolments Tab is where you can see your current enrolments for all your children. It will tell you their name, day and time of their upcoming lessons; and looks like this:
The My Account Tab is where you can view your current balance. At this time we are unable to take online payments, however in the future you will be able to do this in the My Account tab. It looks like this:
The Send Message Tab is where you can send us an email enquiry about your account, lessons and or other issues. It looks like this:
