Swimming WA Participation Pathway

Starting with WestSwim means your children are not only attending a Learn to Swim programme, but they’re also leading onto something bigger.

At WestSwim our lessons cover more than just the essentials of water safety also providing our swimmers with the fundamental skills that lead to a progression towards competitive or recreational swimming.

WestSwim’s Learn to Swim class progressions are structured and supported by our highly trained and experienced instructors. We firmly believe that progress in strongly linked to personal satisfaction which is why WestSwim employ a continual assessment and feedback system, ensuring your child is always in the class that is best suited to their skill level – no need wait until the end of term to move up a level!

Towards the end of the WestSwim pathway, our swimmers will be able to participate in a variety of Swimming WA events including Optus Junior Dolphins carnivals, Open Water Swimming series events, SunSmart Splash & Dash carnivals and the Summer League Series.
